• Your Budget: (if you have certain budget Laura is more than happy to see what could work for you, however all commissioned work have a base line price)
  
• Deadline (if its a birthday gift, anniversary present, a deadline)
  
• Subject & details (if you have already in mind what you’d like Laura to create you can send her a brief, and she will also ask for photos and moodboard if you have some specific visual things you’d like to include so she knows, but she will also give you some ideas of what will look best visually, its a very unique and collaborative experience, she hopes you will enjoy!)

During peak periods or high demand, this timeframe will depend on one the urgency you need it by but commissions operate like a roster first come will come first on her list please allow a period of up to 2-5 weeks for your piece to be made. This ensures that every piece receives the attention and quality it deserves.

Rest assured that Laura will keep you updated on the progress of your order, and please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns or questions at any point. You will receive an email as soon as your item is ready for shipping with photos of the piece to ensure you are happy, if you pay in instalments, Laura will ask that you to pay the final installment before shipping.

Each commission is packaged with great care and sent by either Fedex, Ups, Collisimo, DHL depending on your needs and location.
